We are breeders of premium warmblood foals intended to make top-quality competition horses and ponies of the future. We believe that our broodmare herd is one of the best in the UK, combining proven bloodlines with past competition results to produce foals with the ultimate potential.

We are a home-based stud near Newark in rural Nottinghamshire. We aim to make a small but significant contribution to British breeding by offering quality youngstock for sale to competition and pleasure homes. We currently have 6 warmblood broodmares (16.1-16.2hh) and 2 high quality smaller broodmares (13.2hh and 15hh). Please visit our broodmare or for sale pages for more details.

We use semen from elite competition stallions worldwide, including grade A showjumpers, Grand Prix dressage stallions, advanced eventers and stallions ranked within the top 100 in the WBFSH listings.
Our foals are well handled from birth and are reared in a one-to-one, family environment. With proven competition pedigrees and experienced handling from the start, they have the potential to compete at any level.

Please have a browse around our site and view our broodmares and their young stock for sale.

LATEST SAXY NEWS! :- Botin (Syndikat x EH Sixtus) has given birth to a smashing healthy bay/black colt by Grafenstolz. We have called him SAXY AUTOGRAF. He is bred to event and will be going to the Futurity as an event foal but with his bloodlines could also be a potential showjumper.

Plassey Cavalier (Cavalier Royal) has been inseminated with PARCO semen and is waiting for a scan! Plassey is a BSJA grade A and Parco is an Olympic show jumper, so this one (fingers crossed) will certainly be a showjump foal.

Aluberth (Oklund x Come On) has been inseminated with PARCO semen for a showjumping foal.

The yearling and 2 yr old boys (Malcolm, Foxy, Optimist and Disco) have an appointment to be gelded next week....I haven't told them yet!

Halona A'Moki has started work again after the winter turned away with the boys and we are very happy with his progress so far. Pictures to follow!

Botin will be going to the vets for a scan in the next month and will be put back in foal for 2013.

Option Des Touches (Idenoir), Fleetwater Vitesse (Pascal x Silver Chest) and Yarrow Lady Ace (Stonegrove Ace) are so far having healthy pregnancies and will be enjoying a few peaceful months at grass before coming in to foal at the end of July. They are in foal to Aimbry Chester, Future Illusion and Entre Nous respectively.

Most of you (in the UK) will be fed up of all the rain and inconvenience it brings to horse owners. One of our fields has been particularly flooded during April and has been featured in this online article by Kerry Weisselberg, click HERE to read it!
Below left :- Entre Nous and Aaron Jones (who breaks in our young horses for us). Below:- First ride with Lucy.
ENTRE NOUS (Jazz x Amethist) has been backed and has started some gentle work under saddle. He will now be turned away for the rest of winter and re-introduced to work in the summer, when he is older. We are extremely pleased with his progress so far and have high hopes for his future. He was bred by Ingrid Lammertink in Holland. Ingrid has 2 very nice foals for sale, which i would like to mention - a Johnson x Florencio x Gribaldi  and a Spielberg x Gribaldi x Hofnar xx. Please contact us for details and we will put you in touch with her.
